Question: What if I need help?
Answer:
Giving you help is the purpose of this Staff Site. You can also get help from the volunters and teachers listed at the top of the main page. Contact them by email, by phone, or by visiting a teacher in person.
We don't recommend that you rely on the "Help" link on your School Loop portal page for two reasons:
- It covers both School Loop Standard, the service we have, and School Loop Plus, a service we don't have, so some information will not apply to you.
- Our Staff Site is written specifically for Palms Middle School teachers and staff so it's the most relevant.
If you do want to contact School Loop, click the circled question mark icon at the top right of your portal page.
If you have trouble with the School Loop system itself (e.g., the service doesn't work or you get School Loop error messages), the problem may correct itself. If not, let Neil Cuadra or an Assistant Principal know.
Don't let yourself get stuck or become frustrated. Help is always available!
