Answer:

By default your web page has a Downloads section in the right column:

This is the standard arrangement for a teacher web page, but you are welcome to change it. See the questions and answers in the Page Elements section. For example, if you have no files for students and parents to download you can delete it from your page.

To add a new file to the Downloads section

1 Upload the file to your locker, e.g., file checklist.pdf with title Field Trip Checklist.

2 Edit the Downloads section of your page.

3 Add a new line (with a bullet) for the new file, e.g., "Field Trip Checklist".  
4 Change the text into a link to the file.

5 Click the Save & Exit button.  
6 Publish your page to your website by clicking the Publish button.  
7 Students and parents will see the new download link on your web page.  

To remove a file from the Downloads section

2 Remove the line for the file.  
3 Click the Save & Exit button.  
4 Publish your page to your website by clicking the Publish button.
